IMHO, these icons suck! They " conform to the Java look and feel " because the default look and feel (Metal) is such a pathetic failure. For better alternatives, I recommend using the icon set that comes with Eclipse 3.0, or you might want to have a look at the Crystal SVG icon set by everaldo (www.everaldo.com).
