I use local entity and a big mounts of dao.
I think read-only data all can express with dao, others I use entity bean..
but in fact I feel use local or remote is not a big problem, I think sun should think all these two kinds are good, it depend on what you think the system should be.

by the way, I think It is just 12 points in sequence diagram...
and class, component are all 44 points, so I feel it is so waste time to have details in sequence.....
I think the most important is compnont, lots of people lost more scores in compnont.
