Sorry for my very slow Chinese word input skill. I write in English.

There are several factors which may affect you Eclipse:
1) Do you have enough memory ? at least 256M, better at 512M
2) delete all un-needed applications from your PC. Clean or re-arrange your harddisk.
3) close other application when you run Eclipse.

With my several years experience with JBuilder and Eclipse, I found that Eclipse is at least quicker than Jbuilder. My system is 512M ram and CPU PIII500.
I use Eclipse 2.1.2 & 3.0, JBuilder 9 ...

Posted by: supertoy Posted on: 2003-12-13 11:20 我也发现这个问题，有时候都动不了，我用的是ec3.0 m4+myec, 其实my ec我只是觉得他的jsp editor挺好的，不需要创建工程就可以使用，我的p41.8+1gddr333觉得比以前piii600下跑jb还慢。经常呆在那。以前用m1的时候就不会。我也怀疑是my ec的问题，正考虑把他卸掉
