Sigh, sometimes people are just crazy. It happens that I poke around my harddrive and saw this rar file there. So I took a look, it's better than another ridiculus version, but still WRONG.

You show the logo first, then do whatever initialization, then remove the logo and show the app frame, not something like you show the logo, remove the logo, and then spend a long time to prepare the app frame and then show it.
