在intellij中启动tomcat，总是用intellij的tomcat配置文件，也就是C:\Documents and Settings\baoli\.IntelliJIdea50\system\tomcat_tomcat5_abc41c0\conf下的配置文件，如何让tomcat使用tomcat/conf下的配置文件呢？
