What's the point of showing us the image?
At least you should spend a few seconds to trim the white space around it.

Show us your RTFCreate.java
and
show us the result of directory listing of the folder where RTFCreate.java is at, i.e.
> dir c:\my_subject\WEB-INF\classes\

BTW, it's not a good idea to mix your java source files and class files together.
