Is 小程序 applet?
在服务器端运行java的小程序? Why? Applet is for client side.

Anyway, you don't need PHP or Tomcat to host an applet.
An applet (.class file) is not different from an html or a pdf file stored on your webserver -- in this case, Apache.

Even if your applet communicates with a php or jsp page, it is still just about the setup for PHP or Tomcat.

So please clarify your question.
