1、选择一个好的工具。
就我用过的xml spy, excelon, turbo xml等来说，eXcelon Stylus Studio是其中最好的xsl编辑器，支持xslt debug，写xpath和xml map更是方便，个人认为远胜过xml spy.（当然xml spy支持soap debug，也是它的特色）

2、选择一个好的教材
推荐www.zvon.org，从那儿下载References，看它的samples，然后自己用excelon写测试是最好的学习方式。那儿有很多References和Tutorials，不仅仅是要学习xsl的哦

3、用xsl做一个web application的项目
一个项目下来，写上两三百个xsl，你就会得心应手了。
