Posted by: Jason_hero Posted on: 2006-05-30 10:44 眼看大学就要毕业了，可是发现找个好工作真的好难，难道真的还要再去读个培训班吗？应届大学生的悲哀啊…… 真的就没必要读大学了吗？ 现在的应届大学生出去找工作基本就是农民工待遇，为什么会出现这样的现象呢？是大学生的含金量降低了？还是大学生太多了？ 我想都不是问题的根本所在，其主要原因是现代的教育体制与实际的社会需求有一定的差距，学校教育严重滞后企业需求，在学校学的东西出去找工作基本就派不上什么用场，可是自己想学点东西还要受到学校的限制，好痛苦啊，学校每学期都要开那么多的垃圾课程，致使足够的没有时间学习自己感兴趣的东西，所以才出现大学本科毕业生毕业后的待遇水平与农民工相当，悲哀啊。。。 | |

If you are still in school, try to find an intern job, no matter how low the pay is going to be. Complaining is not going to help!!!! Study hard, work hard, the situation will get better.
