If you look at the bottom of every page, you'll see "Tomcat 2004-2006 得易科技股份有限公司版权所有". Unless they have contract agreement with Tomcat, otherwise using Tomcat's name and logo to profit without Apache's permission, or intentionally to mislead customers are considered copyright infringement.

You can use tomcat's logo and trademarks if the website is a download mirror site, that's called fair use. But they don't even host download files on their own server. (see http://www.tomcat.cn/download.htm )

Anyway, since it's a Chiniese website, I don't know if Apache can do anything about it though.

I will not use that website.
