JORAM has an implementation called KJORAM that can work on J2ME. And it is open source.

Midlet can send request to server using http connection and get response from the server.
But is there any way a server can send something to a Midlet even though the Midlet didn't send a request?

In JMS, when an object registered to a queue or topic, server can send message to the object. But since J2ME doesn't include JMS package, how can a server send message to the Midlet?
