请问用JBuilder9能不能进行J2ME开发？
如行，请问要建立什么类型的项目？

可以，
与建立什么项目没关系。
只要在项目属性选择
jdk 时，选择j2me wireless 那个jdk 就可以了。

去Broland 网站上下个MobileSet装上就可以了
