这不是问题哟，这也不是乱码，是URLEncode过的，这样才能保证所有浏览器能正确下载附加。好像其他的论坛对中文名附件支持得都不太好吧？ 状态栏显示的是有问题，但这应该是IE的bug

不会吧，你怎么下载的？直接点浏览器链接？因为是txt文件，所以不会出现下载框，用右键另存为才是下载。其他不能直接显示的文件如zip,rar,jar等如果直接点链接也是出现下载的，这时候你可以注意到，中文文件名是不会错的。

另外不能用flashget或wget下载。

Jute的做法是符合HTTP协议的，根据RFC，URL中不能出现中文字符，只能出现URL安全字符（数字和英文字母，/,%,?,& . 等），其他字符需要URLEncode，而Web Server在解析请求参数的时候首先就要URLDecode来还原原来的字符。有些Web Server是可以直接使用中文的，但有可能URLDecode失败，比如英文操作系统的apache。

注意看我帖的图，是用Mozzila，状态栏上显示的就是正确的URLDecode过的字符，IE是有bug才显示错误的。Mozzila点右键选“链接另存为..."也能得到正确的文件名。

The underlying os has a role too. I am on nt4 english version, ie6.

I just rename the ???.txt file to enligh letters.

我想Jute对中文附件的处理方式应该是对的，当然不排除浏览器的对协议的不兼容性。（Floater就提到了英文操作系统无法支持还原中文名）

IE5的同志们下载下面这个附件看看。如果不正确，请抓一下图。IE6和Mozilla都没问题哟。

IE5的同志们下载下面这个附件看看。如果不正确，请抓一下图。IE6和Mozilla都没问题哟。

The file save window gave those wierd vertical bars, but once it's saved, it does have the right filename with correct chinese chars.

Just a minor glitch from os/browser side, I guess. We could submit a bug report to them.

我用的是IE6.0，如果不check 上IE--选项--高级--总是以UTF-8发送URL，则不需URLEncoder.encode(filename)，它能下载中文，不乱码。如果Check上了这个选项，则需要URLEncoder.encode(filename),这时出现的是乱码，保存时默认的名字也是乱码，这只是在本人的服务器上的测试，不全面。是不是与UTF-8相关?
