1.求救:Tag Library input部署及使用问题..

我使用的环境为eclipse和tomcat4.1.27,加入tab library的设定后重新激活
tomcat,会出现exception:
org.apache.commons.digester.Digester error
严重的: Parse Error at line 9 column 50: Attribute "xmlns:xalan" must be declared for element type "taglib".
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Attribute "xmlns:xalan" must be declared for element type "taglib".

在网页上出现的exception为:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: This absolute uri (http://jakarta.apache.org/taglibs/input-1.0) cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application

到底是那里没设定好,还是tomcat不支持tab library input的使用呢??
