不好意思，是写错了是：
titleLabel.setIcon(new ImageIcon(FaceFrame.class.getResource("title.gif")));
gif也是动画格式，就是不动，只显示第一桢的图形

Java 不自动支持GIF的动画的。

I have used attached animated gif through JLabel(new ImageIcon(String filename)) constructor. It works just fine. Could it be a gif format issue?

我已经测试过了，跟gif格式有关！archonLing贴下的Gif图测试通过！

恩，，，看来我的看法有问题了，得找点资料来考证一下。
