I just finished reading materials and plan to write SCEA exam next Friday.

Could anyone please kindly send me whizlabs SCEA 4.0 simulator ?

sometimes you have to wait for one day before you can download from the file area when you join a Yahoo group.

I think the problem is the bandwidth limit on the group. I do not know
the specific rule about this.

As the file list came out, lots of people downloaded from the whyscea
group, which hit the limitation on bandwidth. I guess wait a day or two
we might be able to download again.

It could be the case.

But interestingly, as the uploader, I could always access the files without problem.
No problem with my whyaujava account as well.
