Can anyone give some advice?

For J2EE, SCJD, which one have more value to take exam?

Since SCJD will approach to be a developer (harder), but J2EE seems to concentrate on the web.

I suggest you go to SCEA. Developer is good for young but architect will keep you as experienced engineervveven you are old.
