我是一个JAVA初学者，以前也有学过C和C++ 所以现在学起JAVA来，感觉不是很困难，这些天每天都是凌晨4点左右我才睡，（我很认真的在学哦）可让自己茫然的是，学哪方面的好呢，SWING吗，数据库编程/? 还是别的？关键是我只有两个月的学习时间，如果两个月后在不找工作的话，我在这里就混不下去了，所以时间对我来说特别的紧，我想请老手指点一下,先学哪方面的更容易些,而且还容易就业呢? 谢谢大家啦,呵呵

It really depends on what type of jobs you will be involved with in the future. And if you become an expert in one area, you will might have to be familiar with other areas,.

e.g.
SWING GUI programming is a very enormous area and topic. And one of the most complicated area of the Java programming is the GUI API.
So if you decide to be a specialised GUI developer, then you might have to make your hands really dirty on the GUI code.

On the other hand, database programming is another whole separate area that is really important. It includes JDBC programming, ORM (Object-relational database mapping) technology and other database theories.
So if you decide to be a database expert, then you might want to take this path.

There are a lot of other areas that you can master, but since there are too many, I cannot just simply list them here. I can give you some examples for a start:
- server side programming
this includes lots of technology like EJB, Spring, Hibernate.....
- Web programming
client side or server side
- Network programming
network theories etc
- Script programming
and etc etc etc.....

Two months? I don't know what qualifications do you have, but if you a really novice on Java, then good luck, you have to be very very good and clever to meet the average standard level of an IT company.

But i spend more time in understanding the relationship between those codes and real world rather than just repeating it again and again. good luck on us~
