Your feeling is the same as mine when I first read this chapter. I‘ve felt it is so fundamental that maybe I wouldn't use it often. So I leaped over it.

However, after a few days' studying, I found that I must go back to learn this chapter.

Because the knowledge introduced by this chapter is very important such as
"当你想在程序中对本地磁盘上的文件进行操作时or你想做个有压缩功能的程序时”

It is just my personal opinion. THX : )

我提问题一般都用中文（因为我怕我用英文表达的不准确）

回答问题时，如果是技术类的我也用中文（有时引用一些英文的原文），主要还是因为怕我用英文表达的不准确。（不过我会努力的！）

这是体会，所以我想用英文你也能看懂吧（就算我写的不准确，也不会犯技术错误，呵呵）。
