请教各位前辈：
我现在是软件学院的学生，大三了，还有2年毕业，我们还没开始学习JAVA呢，下学期开，我现在买了本CORE JAVA2 卷一，想提前看看。（听有人说应该先看
JSP，然后再向JAVA2转，到底怎样才更科学，更实用些？）
在学习过程中应该注意什么问题，有什么好方法？（以前学过C++，不过学的不好），实际编程经验也没有，现在自己也不会写什么东西。还有，要是到毕业时能够做出点有价值的东西，或是比别人在这方面更有竞争力，应该怎么办啊？在这方面我很迷茫，请各位前辈，高手，有经验的朋友给小弟点建议！

Posted by: hcom Posted on: 2005-07-22 22:55 CORE JAVA2 卷一非常好啊，就看这本书。从头看到尾，把里边的例子都亲自动手操作一边。一定要请自动手。另外：先学jsp后学java是谬论。

Just curious, what does 软件学院 teach?

From my experiences, many colleges on earth already teach Java as the first language for CS (Computer Sciences) students. You take it at the first, or second semester in college. It used to be Pascal or C.

When I was a CS student, I wrote at least 3000 lines of Pascal code the first semester. My C teacher let us write a lot more..., no sleep, well, all most. I learned C++/Java by myself..., but I taught Java. Smile

When I taught Pascal/C/Java part time, my students wrote more than that... A tough teacher, heh.........

I see, that's OK not 落后.

The structure of course arrangement is similar, but different choices on languages. That should be fine. Any language will train you about the same way. I hope your teachers give you real tough and practical projects, which is the key to make you become a good programmer/developer.
