版主和高手们：
　　我们新手和你们一样，喜欢JAVA，但是我们和你们也不一样，不知道怎么去学习，都说做一个工程就能锻炼很多，但是我们拿不到项目，所以版主和高手们，我建议你们把以前做过的小项目列出来几个，让我们也试试，不会了也可以在此讨论，同意的请跟贴呀！

Also, this is really not a training camp, it's more of a discussion bbs, meaning, questions and answers. But we'll try to help as much as we can.

可以开设一个栏目是合作项目的，有想要和大家一起作的项目共享起来，类似开源项目，招募项目组员，定期分配工作，检查工作。不一定要是自己公司的项目，可以是自己想做而人手不够的项目。这样可以帮助新人，又可以聚合大家的人手力量。当然这个栏目需要有个尽心尽力的管理员管理帖子，不能把里面的帖子搞的乱七八糟，定期整理。
