SL425 is the training course for SCEA part1(and part2?), provided by SUN,

It is helpful, but expensive, around 2500 singapore dollars for a 5 days
session when I enquery Sun last month. If you are refering to the
trianing note, I dun think they will release it if you don't sign up for
the course.

I suggest you contact local sun representives, they will be keen to
help you out.
