I am not sure if you can edit the java byte code directly, but you can decompile the java code, make your changes, then recompile it. You can look into internationalization for adding multi-language support.

编译器的作用就是把JAVA文件编译成CLASS文件啊

用JAVA就可以运行CLASS啊!

Editplus ,Eclipse, 不过建议还 是先用javac和java.
